Holiday-Themed Bonfires, Movies on the Beach & More at The Del

The holiday season is nothing short of magical at The Del—and it all begins this Halloween weekend. Experience beachfront pumpkin carving, Halloween on Windsor Lawn, Haunted Happenings Tours, seaside s’mores, cozy movie screenings on the beach and so much more.

Holiday Movies on The Beach

On October 30, Holiday Movies on The Beach kicks off with a night of frights watching Hocus Pocus (1993) out on the sand and under the stars. Following Halloween, catch How the Grinch Stole Christmas on December 4, A Christmas Story on December 11, Elf on December 18 and Big on December 31. With options ranging from general admission tickets to VIP family packs, you can create your perfect beach movie night sitting by a private bonfire and roasting scrumptious s’mores for the whole family.

Ghost Roast

The Del invites you to the Ghost Roast, another traditional bonfire event complete with a visit from the infamous hotel ghost, Kate Morgan. Snuggle up and get comfortable with your favorite snacks and hear some of Kate’s legendary spooky stories from The Del.

Halloween Pumpkin Carving

What’s a perfect Halloween night without carving pumpkins? Create a spooky jack-o-lantern by visiting The Del beach deck to pick out your perfect pumpkin at the beachfront pumpkin patch. The Del will have all the supplies you need for pumpkin carving and getting into the Halloween spirit.

Haunted Happenings Tour

If you’ve got the guts, don’t forget to sign up for one of the “Haunted Happenings” ghost tours around the hotel. Walk through the haunted halls on a guided tour from Kate Morgan and other ghostly guests and uncover the chilling secrets of The Del.
